Your orders are delivered to cargo within 3 working days (Monday-Friday) after bank approval. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to our Istanbul center, the courier company will deliver your order to you within 1-5 days.

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. That's why membership is complete and accurate information is important. Delivery is not done on weekends and feast days.

The products you have purchased will be notified to you by a confirmation e-mail. If any of the products you have selected is not available in stock, an e-mail will be sent to you and you will be informed of the date when the product will be in stock for the first time.

All orders over 100 Euro/Dollar you have made on our website will be delivered with the advantage of free shipping. The shipping fee for your order amounts below 100 Euro/Dollar varies according to the country.

You can view your shipping rate on the checkout page before you pay. The preparation and delivery time for orders placed outside of Turkey is 24-48 hours. After your package has been shipped, your tracking number will be notified via e-mail.

Your products will be delivered within an average of 3-7 working days from the day they are shipped. After we receive your payment for your order, our customer representatives will contact you and receive confirmation about the product and size you have chosen.

Customs and tax fees are usually determined by the value of the goods, the weight of the goods and the dimensions of the package. The fee you paid through our website during shopping only covers the product and shipping cost.
